Anambra State Police Command has declared the demise of one of its officials, ACP Abdulahi Ibrahim.
The Police Spokesperson, Haruna Mohammed, in an announcement, said the official, who was the Commander, MOPOL 54, Onitsha, kicked the bucket with his better half on Friday in a deadly engine mishap at Okene sidestep, Kogi State.
His daughter and son, however, survived the AUTO crash, and were rushed to the hospital where they are responding to treatment.
“For the benefit of the Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang, fdc I lament to inform you that Anambra State Police Command has lost the Commander, MOPOL 54, Onitsha, Anambra State, *ACP Abdulahi Ibrahim*.
“He died as a result of a fatal motor accident at Okene by-pass today. His remains was conveyed to the mortuary at Okene General Hospital.
“In the mean time, the Command has raised a group who are as of now on their approach to Okene in Kogi State so as to pass on the remaining parts of the casualties for entombment plans and other vital activity.”
