Lagos State Govt to begin House-to- House search for Covid-19 Patients


Lagos State Government has started house-to-house case recognizable proof to identify potential cases of COVID-19 in the State.

This was contained in an announcement from the Lagos Ministry of Health on Thursday.

The announcement cited the Commissioner for Health, Prof. Associated Abayomi, as saying this during a joint clerical press preparation on COVID-19 intercession in Lagos State held on Thursday in Alausa, Ikeja.

Abayomi said the COVID-19 case distinguishing proof crusade labeled the ‘Network Active Case Search’ is relied upon to run for about fourteen days in the primary case over the state.

He focused on that the authorities doing the activity can be related to the COVID-19 flare-up reaction labels and letter from the Local Government.

He stated, “In the coming days, a portion of our wellbeing laborers will be moving around two by two to oversee an electronic survey at homes and social insurance offices to make enquiries about manifestations of hack, cold and fever.
